CEO Rowan Lynn has amassed a substantial network of accomplished and passionate men and women who have worked in high paced environments throughout the World. They are all keen to make a fresh and potentially permanent move to Ireland; to transform their lives; and to explore an industry they have come to love.

We will not only fulfill all immigration steps but we will also assist our chefs to secure suitable accommodation and prepare them culturally for the move. We will maintain contact with them throughout their time in Ireland and take a long-term interest in their development.   

An annual salary of €34k is the minimum threshold for incoming non-EU chefs based on a 39-hour week. Our chefs have a two-year commitment to you, the client in order to fulfill the obligations of their work permit. Should you choose to retain the chef after this period, permit renewal is a simple formality.
